We choose locations where people genuinely want to live, then design something worthy of that demand. For us, that is the first act of responsibility.
Product Before Marketing
We study the market before we draw the plan: existing inventory, buyer demand, architect input, the real pain points. We make what people actually want, not what is easiest to sell on paper.
Identity Before Decoration
Branding is part of the project, not a layer on top. At Shreeji One Divine, the Siddhivinayak temple lines became the logo, the pattern and the facade. One thought, carried through.

First Generation · The Founders
Started Divine in 2008. He has a habit of noticing the problems the market skips over, and the patience to solve them properly.
Founder alongside Amit. He keeps the plan and the numbers grounded, so the work stays careful through every cycle.
Second Generation · Carrying It Forward
Second generation. He works on keeping Divine's thinking sharp: design, brand and technology, without losing why the name means something.
Second generation. He stays on the ground, keeping people aligned and commitments accountable, from operations to construction.
Second generation. He carries the same standard of care into the projects Divine takes on next.
