MGM Residency was not just Divine Group's first project - it was a declaration. A signal that this part of Navi Mumbai deserved something better. Something complete, considered, and built with pride.
Named in honour of MGM Hospital in Vashi, the project established its roots in Sector-19, Ulwe - long before the neighbourhood became what it is today. When others were still scouting the area, Divine had already broken ground.
Two wings, seven floors, and hundreds of families housed. And crucially: the first Occupancy Certificate ever issued in Ulwe. A milestone that belongs to Divine Group alone.
