Two wings, eight levels, and the first Occupation Certificate ever granted in Ulwe. MGM Residency is where Divine Group laid its first stone, years before the node had a skyline to speak of.
Named after MGM Hospital in Vashi, the building drew doctors, nurses and caregivers into its homes, a community rooted in care and trust. It sold out swiftly, and every Divine project since carries its DNA.
